The researchers took part in their randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 85 healthy men and women between the ages of 40 and 75 years. The results showed that participants in the MOVE3 group experienced a statistically significant reduction in CTX-II levels of 12.9% and 17.7% after 1 and 2 weeks, respectively.
